McIntosh adds medley victory

After breaking the world record in the 400-metre freestyle on opening night of the Canadian swim trials, Summer McIntosh threatened the mark for the 200-metre individual medley on Thursday night at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. The 16-year-old McIntosh won in 2:06.89, lowering her own Canadian record but off the world mark of 2:06.12 set by Hungary’s Katinka Hosszú in 2015.
