Doug Ford’s priorities are misguided

Doug Ford is turning public education into a combat zone, Nov. 3

Not only is Ontario’s surplus expected to grow to $8.5 billion in the coming years but, according to the Financial Accountability Office, Ford has been spending $7 billion a year subsidizing hydro rates clinging to the biggest failure in Ontario’s legislative history, the deregulation of our hydro system.

So the cupboard is not bare. Why was our premier being so extreme with our education workers? Who’s next? Looks like Ford wants to keep this money so he can continue giving tax cuts to the wealthy and their corporations.
