Constellation profit jumps up to $152M

Constellation Software Inc. reported a fourth-quarter profit of $152 million (U.S.), up from $124 million a year earlier, as acquisitions helped its revenue grow. The company says the profit amounted to $7.19 per diluted share for the quarter ended Dec. 31. The result compared with a profit of $5.86 per diluted share in the last three months of 2021. Revenue totalled $1.85 billion, up from $1.38 billion a year earlier.
