Woods out of Hero World

Tiger Woods withdrew from this week’s Hero World Challenge, which he hosts, because of plantar fasciitis in his right foot. Woods, whose last appearance was at the British Open, still plans to play twice in December: The Match, a made-for-TV event; and the PNC Championship, with son Charlie. Canadian Corey Conners will be in the 20-player Hero World Challenge field in the Bahamas.
