■ F1 series leader Charles Leclerc will start from pole position in today’s Spanish Grand Prix (7:30 a.m., TSN5).

■ NASCAR great Jimmie Johnson will race in the Indy 500 for the first time, and Stouffville’s Dalton Kellett also earned a spot on the first day of qualifying in Indianapolis. The top 12 slots will be filled today, weather permitting.
