Jays prospects strike out 24

Three Class-A Dunedin Blue Jays pitchers combined to strike out 24 hitters in a 1-0 win over the Tampa Tarpons, the most in a nine-inning minor-league game since at least 2005. Right-hander Nick Frasso fanned eight over three innings. Dahian Santos struck out 10 over four, and lefty Braden Scott fanned six over two in Saturday night’s two-hitter. Alexander Vargas, Jasson Dominguez and Marcos Cabrera went down on strikes four times each for the Yankees’ affiliate.
