Swimming: Toronto swimmer Penny Oleksiak is one medal away from becoming the most decorated Canadian Olympian ever, summer or winter. The 21-year-old is expected to swim the last freestyle leg of the medley relay (Saturday, 10:15 p.m. ET).

Basketball: A victory over undefeated Spain (Saturday, 9 p.m. ET) would guarantee the Canadian women's basketball team a spot in the quarterfinals. Canada, ranked fourth heading into Tokyo, is 1-1.
